Out of it.
That’s what I’ve been feeling for the past two months, hence the lack of blog posts. I know myself pretty well and I know exactly why I’m in this state of demotivation. The reason is so simple, yet I’m not doing anything about it at all. But still, there’s always something to be thankful for, always something to be happy about.

Hi, blog. It’s been a while and I didn’t mean to go this long without a blog post… I’ve been distracted by a lot of things (and by a lot I mostly just mean reading Harry Potter. Haha) So here I am, continuing my post about the Hong Kong trip I had with my co-teachers last month.

If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s the basic fact that I. Love. Food. Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Filipino are my favourite cuisines and I always, always, always find myself driven by the need to satisfy my cravings for dumplings, sushi, KBBQ, Filipino BBQ (especially the one that’s a little bit reddish in colour, just like the ones from Larsian’s).
Even with my big love for food, I just want to point out that I’m no food expert and I have yet to learn the ins and outs of writing a good (satisfactory…) post on food, and I hope you’re willing to join me on that journey haha!

Two hours before I had to leave for the airport, I was only halfway through packing. I decided to sleep early the night before, and completely bank on the fact that I would finish packing everything while getting ready. I made it just in time, I was ready to go, tried my luck booking an Uber, but of course, no Ubers were available so I settled with Grab, greeted by an unhelpful driver.

I honestly feel like each time I write a blog post about the previous month, I always end up writing about the same thing… So why not give this post a little twist right? I’ll start off with a short list of things I’m both looking forward to and hoping for. 🙂

In December 2014, my family and I visited Honolulu. Yeah yeah I know, it’s almost been four years but I really want to write about our trip since I can still clearly remember everything that happened and I want to share why I swore I would go back to Hawaii.

I remember being excited for February, not knowing that it was going to be a whole month of demotivation and pressure. But still though, it was still filled with light and love!

Our visit to Nara Deer Park last December 2017 was basically a pit stop. We were traveling from Osaka to Tokyo, (thanks to Japan’s amazing railway system, it wasn’t a hassle) with all our luggages in tow. We were only able to spend about a total of 2 hours there. Sad, right? But still, it was a happy day!

During my most recent trip to Seoul with my family, I suggested we visit Petite France. I thought it was a little village that happened to resemble French villages but nope, it was actually a theme park!
So first things first, let’s talk about how to get there:
Sidenote: I’m heavily relying on Google and the photos I have for reference since I didn’t take notes
(which I probably should’ve done) during our transit…
OK here we go.
